Greenland: un vol de Nuuk vers des exploitations minières

In this video we climb aboard an Air Greenland AS350 helicopter and take a 45 minute flight from Nuuk towards the south. We get rare access to an anorthosite mine prospecting camp and see how Air Greenland’s helicopter pilots are critical to its operation. We get a look at how the helicopters “sling” big bags of rock from a drill site down the valley for analysis. We also visit a nearby ruby mine to refuel before heading back to Nuuk. Along the way we get incredible, epic views of mountains, glaciers and fjords – so many that we lose count. So kick back and take a ride with us around a piece of the beautiful country of Greenland.
