U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Madison Marsh (Miss Colorado) Gears Up for F-16D Familiarization Flight U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Madison Marsh prepares for her familiarization flight in an F-16D Fighting Falcon, assigned to the 422nd Test and Evaluation Squadron, at Nellis Air Force Base, NV. Marsh is a U.S. Air Force Academy graduate and reigning Miss Colorado, competing for the crown of Miss America. After graduating from the U.S, Air Force Academy and becoming a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force, Marsh received a pilot slot and is currently deciding on her career opportunities while working on her master’s degree from the Harvard Kennedy School through the Air Force Institute of Technology’s Civilian Institution Programs.
