Selection of Suitable Operating Fluids
Rotax has released a revised Service Instruction SI-912-016 / 914-019 Revision 3.
This Service Instruction Lists suitable operating fluids such as motor oil, coolant and fuel.
Specific requirements for motor oils in combination with Mogas and Avgas are covered and recommended oils are listed. Specific requirements for fuel such as Octane and Ethanol content are covered and minimum requirements listed for each engine type.
