Le « baron rouge » de la première guerre mondiale sur Fokker Dr I triplan

Manfred von Richthofen : The Red Baron Revisited [HD]

German World War I flying Ace, Rittmeister Baron Manfred von Richthofen, the Red Baron, with his Fokker Dr.I triplane. The plane was designed by Anthony Fokker’s chief designer, Rheinhold Platz, and was powered by a 110hp, 9 cylinder Oberursel UR-II rotary engine. The Dr.I, or Dreidecker, had a remarkable rate of climb and could virtually turn in it’s own length!
The Baron stuck with the Dr.I, even when it was no longer in it’s prime.
