« Part 23 » ou le désert de l’innovation

La « part 23 » de la FAA définit la certification des avions légers aux USA. Il  semble pour une fois que la réglementation européenne soit moins « red tape » (bureaucratique) comme disent les britanniques.

The innovators out there have been in two camps. Next generation manufacturers, of which there are two, Diamond and Cirrus, and LSA makers, of which there are about 30 too many.
