Seen here are Airbus A330s and Airbus A340 Variants next to each other. What type or subtype do you prefer/like?? The Airbus A340 made its first flight in 1991. It was designed next to the more succesfull Airbus A330. « Only » 377 A340 were dilevered. Unfortunately for aviation enthousiatst airlines are now phasing out the Airbus A340 as is it not as fuel efficient as twin engined aircaft.
